SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 can salmon, boned
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with green peas in medium white sauce.
