MARYLAND CRAB CAKES | |
1 lb. crabmeat (freshly steamed or canned) 1/2 c. bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or panko 1 tbsp. finely chopped Italian parsley or chopped celery leaves 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning 1 egg, beaten 5 tbsp. real mayonnaise ![]() Pour mixture over crabmeat and fold in lightly but thoroughly. Form into 6 crabcakes. Broil until golden brown or deep fry at 350°F for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Submitted by: CM |
