SALMON CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. salmon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can creamed corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sliced celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onion and green pepper, optional

Combine ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
