SHRIMP - SALMON CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can milk
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
1 c. peas
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits

Melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add soup and milk. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir in salmon drained and boned and peas. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole or cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with biscuits and bake 15 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown.

My Mom made this when we were growing up. I decided to make it tonight. I changed the recipe by using 1/2 can of cooking sherry and 1/2 can half and half. It was yummy. Such wonderful memories with this recipe.
