CHINESE WIGGLE 
2 lb. Hamburg
1 can Peas
1 can whole Tomatoes
1/2 lb. Noodles
1 Onion

In large sauce pan, brown hamburg. Slice onion very thin over hamburg. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Place peas on top of hamburg. Cook and drain noodles and place on top of hamburg/onion mixture then adding tomatoes. Put butter pieces over tomatoes. Simmer again uncovered on very low heat for about 10 minutes. It's a good casserole.

Serves 6 people.
