NESTLE'S CHEESE CRUNCHERS | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch morsels 6 tbsp. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 c. chopped nuts 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1/4 c. unsifted flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine over hot (not boiling) water the morsels and butter; heat until melted and smooth. Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts with a fork until mixture forms small crumbs. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into a 15x10x1 inch ungreased baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Cool completely; refrigerate before serving. |
