TERIYAKI STEAK MARINADE
1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup brown sugar 5 oz. soy sauce 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 cup pineapple juice Mix well and pour over flank steak. Marinate flank steak overnight. Grill to medium rare and slice against grain. Submitted by: Colleen

I use this for chicken, steak, shrimp and love it for grilling. Instead of 1 cup pineapple juice, I substitute 1-8 ounce can pineapple chunks for juice and put all ingredients in the blender. Due to sugar, there will be some charring of meat on the outside during grilling.
