STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberries
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 - 2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. soft butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place fruit in 10"x6"x2" ungreased dish. Sprinkle with salt. Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon into bowl, add butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
