BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN | |
![]() 2 or 3 pork tenderloins 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped a sprinkling of garlic powder 1 env. beef mushroom soup mix 1 1/2 c. water Season pork tenderloin and roll in flour. Brown on all sides in butter or oil. Remove to baking dish. Sprinkle pork lightly with garlic powder. Lightly brown celery and onion in drippings. Mix soup mix with 1 1/2 cups water. Pour in frying pan over onion and celery, then pour over tenderloins. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°F. Delicious Au Jus. |
