1 1/4 cups peanut oil
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses (mom used Brer Rabbit)
4 cups all-purpose flour
4 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream together oil, sugar and eggs. Add molasses then add remaining ingredients. Roll in granulated sugar and bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
