1/3 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. applesauce
1 pt. candied mixed fruit
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Mix in order given. Bake in Bundt pan or loaf pans at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
