RUSSIAN FLUFF CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms (opt.)
1 1/2 - 2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. can peas, drained
1 can tomato soup
3-5 strips bacon, cut in half

Sprinkle meat, onion and celery with salt and pepper and cook in skillet until meat is well browned. Add peas, mushrooms, tomato soup and rice and mix well. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish and cover with bacon strips. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
