HEARTY OYSTER STEW 
1/2 c. finely diced carrots
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 (10 oz.) oysters

After soup is hot, let stand 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
