I was hesitant when I read the recipe for this. I didn't have French dressing on hand but I used Thousand Island and used redfish and this is absolutely DELICIOUS. So fast and easy to prepare! This is definitely a keeper!!

Easy, fast, tastes great. I used a mild Italian dressing and gluten free bread crumbs. This is the quickest fish recipe I ever made.
