“AMAZING COCONUT PIE” IS IN:

AMAZING COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until smooth on high.

Pour into a greased 10-inch pie dish and bake for 1 hour or until set.

Do not shake or disturb the pie while it sets. The pie will magically form a crust; the coconut will rise to the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
