CORN PUDDING (VEGETABLE SIDE
DISH)
 
4 eggs
1 c. ground Ritz crackers
1/3 c. sugar
2 cans cream corn
1 1/2 sticks butter

Melt butter and let cool. Add sugar, corn, crackers and eggs. Bake in large casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
