TILAPIA WITH CHEESE SAUCE
8 Tilapia Fillets
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup Velveeta Cheese, coarsely shredded
1 teaspoon crumbled blue cheese
1 cup potato chips, crushed
olive oil or vegetable spray
sea salt and black pepper
garlic powder, for sprinkling
paprika (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spray a small baking sheet with olive oil or vegetable non-stick spray (or line pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil before coating with a fine mist of oil for easy clean-up).

Place fish fillets on pan. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, ground black pepper, and a light dusting of garlic powder.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with Velveeta and blue cheese. Spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with potato chips and paprika.

Bake for 8-15 minutes, or until fish is no longer translucent and is flaky white.

I just tried your recipe and it came out awesome! My boyfriend introduced me to tilapia a few weeks ago. He cooked it on a george foreman grill and i didn't really care for it much. I tried this recipe to change it up a bit, and it tastes amazing! KUDOS! lol

I made this for my family tonight and it was great! I used cod instead of talapia, and salt-n-pepper potato chips (because that's what we had in the cupboard). Very tasty, we all loved it!

I will be making this recipe for the second time tonight... This is so simple, start to finish in 25 minutes inc. cooking. Lays tasted great on this and even with it's simplicity and seemingly basic ingredients it has a perfect texture and taste. Thanks!

The Tilapia with cheese sauce was GREAT! This was a FIVE! We have been rating recipes in our family for over 25 years. When the kids were young, pizza was 10 as our rating was from 1-10. Rule being if Dad said it was 8, 9 or 10 we had it again. Never say "I don't like it" only give it a number.

Wow! This recipe was great! I'm not always a fish fan but this was really good. The cheese sauce was a nice twist.

Making this now for my girlfriend for dinner, substituted potato chips for pork rinds, figure its mainly for the crunch, we'll see how it turns out, but sounds delicious regardless!
