A most delicious recipe! I tried several different ones and this was the best (I add chopped pecans to the top).

Yummy! I added chocolate chips to the bottom and it was so good! I had to cook mine a little longer for the middle to fully cook, but this is a great, easy, yummy recipe.

A lovely pie, but a REAL Magnolia pie also has 1/2 a block (4 oz.) of softened cream cheese blended smooth into the mix!!
XOXO

My 16 yr old nephew asked me to make this for his birthday instead of a cake! My 11 yr old niece ate half a pie on their way home on Christmas; sitting in the back seat. She was told to hold it so the dog wouldn't step on it. By the time they got home the pie was gone. She is usually very picky about ANY type of foods. I think she liked it!

I bake this every holiday season. Always a great alternative to chocolates and traditional pies/cakes. Super easy and inexpensive. I also sprinkle a little nutmeg on top before baking. Yummy!!!

I've used this recipe for years. It's the closest thing to mom's. Tweaking it is OK, but just as the directions say plus a few minutes is perfect!

This is the best pie you can eat! The key to making this pie, is to make sure you use level tablespoons of flour. It comes out so rich and creamy. I've never wanted to try another recipe after making this one! I know I've been baking it over 20 years. This is the winner!

This is my favorite buttermilk pie recipe. I give it to all who has eaten my pies and wanted the recipe. I have tried other recipes but this is my ultimate go to!
