MICROWAVE PUMPKIN PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
1 (12 oz.) can undiluted Carnation evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients in order. Pour into microwave safe deep dish and bake on high for 15 minutes or until set. Knife inserted near middle.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
