1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 to 3/4 jar of caramel topping
1 sm. container Cool whip
1-2 Heath bars, crunched

Bake cake according to package. Let cool. Poke holes in cake. Pour condensed milk over cake; pour caramel topping (warmed) over top of cake. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip. Crumble Heath bars on Cool Whip.
