2 c. ground, cooked ham
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. drained, sweet pickle relish

Combine all ingredients. Serve on your favorite bread with soup or salad.

Variations: Add one or more of the following:

1 chopped, hard cooked egg
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
