PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix crust ingredients together keeping out 1 cup of dry cake mix. Press mixture into a 9x12-inch pan.

FILLING:

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling (I use One Pie)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs

Mix filling ingredients together. Pour over crust topping.

TOPPING:

1 cup reserved cake mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

Combine topping ingredients together. Sprinkle over filling.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
