PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE SAUCE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk (more or less depending on thickness)

Mix ingredients together in saucepan. Simmer until blended. Do not brown or heat too long.

This is a delicious sauce poured over a head of cooked cauliflower. Place base of cauliflower in bowl and pour sauce over it. Delicious!

Years ago, my mom made a recipe called Shrimp & peas on English muffin, the only thing I remember is the sauce is made with Philadelphia cream cheese. But there are some herbs missing in this recipe. Does anyone remember this recipe?
