1 or 2 chickens 1/4 to 1/2 box crushed cornflakes, depends on amount of chicken 1 or 2 sticks melted butter, depends on amount of chicken Turn oven to 350 degrees. Put foil on a cookie sheet. Dip chicken in butter and then in cornflakes. Place on cookie sheet and salt, pepper to taste. Bake 1 hour. | |

This is how my mom and grandma taught me to make cornflakes chicken. But you need to put extra butter/mar on top of chicken after coating and cover with foil.. The chicken comes out juicy and tender. Mashed potatoes go great as a side.
