2 sm. cans salmon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
Flour
Seasoned bread crumbs

Mix salmon, onion, garlic, and egg in bowl. Add flour until able to form patties. Coat with bread crumbs and fry in olive oil until lightly brown.
