SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 lb. can salmon, drained
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mixed pickles
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix salmon, celery, pickles, onions and form into 12 croquettes (small balls). Dip into milk and into corn flake crumbs. Place on aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. (I use tuna and leave out the onions. I put small cubes of cheese in middle of balls.)
