MIRLITON PIE 
2 c. mashed mirliton
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

5 mirlitons - boil until soft - cut in half to cool. Peel skin off and take out all seeds. Mash in a bowl. Add all the ingredients. Mix everything together. Pour in a pie dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Made it and loved it. but I totally forgot the butter!!! Turns out I didn't need it. I also used Phyllis dough for a crust then brushed that with honey and added a layer of sliced almonds. I used 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 if Splenda. It was wonderful!
