“GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE” IS IN:

GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup French's Fried Onions

Butter a casserole dish and layer green beans on bottom (1/2 lb. frozen or fresh beans may also be used).

Combine mushroom soup and sour cream, onion powder and garlic powder. Spread over the beans. Sprinkle with grated cheese and onions.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven until bubbly, 35-45 minutes.

Note: If you are out of mushroom soup, the cream sauce below may be substituted.

Cream Sauce:

Combine

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups light cream

Use in place of soup in this recipe and many other casserole dishes calling for condensed soup.
