 Jennifer (Michigan) says:
This needs to be thinned out, when it was done, it was more like a pork chop sandwich, the breading was SO thick.

This was awesome, I added about a half cup of Water to this mix due to the comment Jennifer made... Also I let the pork chops soak in the batter for about 30 minutes... ***GREAT***

Definitely needs the 1/2 cup of water to even out the consistency. Great recipe. Very easy.

Well I have to say it was just how I like my batter, but I believe that it should have a few more spices, next time I will put my own twist to it and let you all know how it turns out....
