Not bad at all, but could use some more flavor. I sprinkled some of the seasoning mixture directly on chops and added the rest to the flour. May be a good idea to double up on seasoning next b/c I will be making this again. I fried 3 center cut chops and fried them in shortening in a non stick skillet. Thanx for the new recipe.

I have an idea. I'm gonna try your seasoning blend in my smothered pork chops. And, of course double up on the seasonings.

Just wanted to post that I'm still using this recipe. And yes, I also smother the chops in gravy sometimes. It requires a few more ingredients but your seasoning blend is the basic mixture.

I didn't mean to sound as though there wasn't enough seasoning because there is. It's just that I'm a gotta-have-my-food-heavily-seasoned kinda gal. So I make up J's seasoning blend in a re-used spice bottle to have on hand.
