PART ONE:

20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies

PART TWO:

1/4 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

PART THREE:

3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush well Oreo cookies; set aside. Mix together ingredients in Part 2. Mix together milk and pudding, then add Cool Whip (part 3). Combine parts 2 and 3; mix well. Layer in lightly greased 14 or 16 inch bottom of planter (preferably clay-looking).

Layer cookies, pudding, cookies, pudding, etc. Cookies should be on top (to look like dirt). Insert gummi worms as if coming out of cake (dirt). Serve with a new or clean trowel. Refrigerate overnight.
