QUICK BLUEBERRY-ORANGE NUT BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. orange juice
1 c. fresh, frozen or drained, canned blueberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, milk, orange juice and grated peel. Blend. Gradually stir in flour mixture until blended. Fold in blueberries and walnuts. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool. Slices best next day.
