BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 center-cut pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup water
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lightly grease a casserole dish. Place the pork chops in the dish and cover them with cream of mushroom soup, then add water. Cover casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until the chops are cooked through. Add the salt and pepper, to taste.

Makes 6 servings.
