1 1/2 c. packaged stuffing mix 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. can) 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom soup 1 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Prepare stuffing. Combine meat and milk, mixing well. Divide into 5 patties. Pat each one into 6-inch circle. Place 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each patty. Close meat around stuffing. Place in casserole. Combine soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat patties. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
