FAMILY FAVORITE POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. bag red potatoes
1 medium white onion, chopped
8 sweet pickles, chopped
5 eggs, hard boiled
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Boil potatoes in skin, drain, cool and peel. Boil eggs, cool and peel. Chop onion, pickles, eggs and potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise. You can boil potatoes and eggs a day ahead, refrigerate, peel and chop later.

Serves 8-10.
