TUNA AND TOMATO SPAGHETTI SALAD 
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked
1 can tuna fish
1 med. tomato, cut into slices
1/2 c. seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1/3 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. watercress leaves
Sweet basil
1/3 c. olive oil and vinegar dressing

1. In a large bowl, put tuna, tomato, cucumber, scallions, celery, half the watercress, and the dressing and mix together.

2. Put hot cooked spaghetti in a salad bowl. Add above mixture and mix.

3. Sprinkle another half of watercress leaves and sweet basil on top. Serves 4.
