SPAETZLE (German Noodles) | |
5 eggs 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4-1/2 c. water Put all ingredients together. Beat by hand until batter bubbles. Bring a large pot of water to boil, squeeze batter into boiling water, when it rises to top they are done (need Spaetzle machine) or can cut by hand on wooden board. |
