BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. pkg. Penn Dutch Egg Noodles
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 c. Onions chopped
2 cans (16 oz. ea.) Stewed Tomatoes
2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook noodles according to directions on box, drain. In large skillet, brown meat and onions, stir in tomatoes, chili powder and salt. Heat through. Combine with noodles. Pour into a three quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
