CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk

Cream together peanut butter and cocoa. Add powdered sugar, salt, vanilla. Add enough cream to spread.

This was very good... I substituted 1 oz of bakers chocolate for the cocoa and used a little more sugar since I was out of cocoa powder.

This was delicious! I used unsweetened almond milk as my daughter has a dairy allergy. I frosted a vanilla cake layered with peanut butter candy. Perfect - without being too sweet and overpowering!
