IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. lump crabmeat
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. light table cream
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Saute peppers and onions in butter; add flour. Add cream. Cook a few minutes until thick. Toss in crabmeat. Add Worcestershire, mustard and Old Bay. Toss lightly to prevent breaking.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; add bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
