CROCK-POT BARBECUE SANDWICHES 
1 (4 lb.) pork loin or roast
2 cups water
2 bottles barbecue sauce
2 bags hamburger buns

Place pork loin or roast in crock-pot. Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook on high for 2 or 3 hours or until meat is fork tender, meaning it shreds easily with a fork.

Remove meat from crock-pot and shred. Place meat back into crock-pot. Pour favorite barbecue sauce over meat and stir well. Cook for 30 minutes longer in crock-pot on low.

Spoon barbecue meat mixture onto hamburger buns. Serve & enjoy!
