HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
2 cans evaporated milk
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. vanilla

Best first 5 ingredients on high speed of mixer until blended thoroughly. Add the vanilla (more or less according to taste). Pour into container for freezing and add milk to fill to freezing line. Stir again, taste to test if more vanilla is needed to suit taste. Place in freezer and freeze.
