VEGGIE BEEF STEW | |
1 lb. beef round steak, cubed 2 cups tomato juice 4 cups water 1/4 cup ketchup (Hunts) 3 tbsp. beef bouillon granules 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced 2 cups carrots, peel and diced 2 cups green beans Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir.
