“VEGGIE BEEF STEW” IS IN:

VEGGIE BEEF STEW 
1 lb. beef round steak, cubed
2 cups tomato juice
4 cups water
1/4 cup ketchup (Hunts)
3 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups carrots, peel and diced
2 cups green beans

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 7 to 8 hours, adding more water if needed.

I like recipes where I can just dump everything into my Crock-Pot and walk away. I did stir in a teaspoon of garlic powder however. The end result was hearty and comforting! Thank you for sharing.
