BAKED GROUND CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion and bell pepper
2 tbsp. flour (1 tbsp. rolling patties)
3 tbsp. evaporated milk
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste
Paprika (topping)

Mix ground chicken, onion, bell pepper with flour, egg, seasonings and evaporated milk. Pat and press mixture to form 6 patties. Roll in flour. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, drain fat. Pour soup over patties, sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven and bake until bubbly.

I had never used ground chicken before, so I found this recipe and tried it. I am loving this recipe. It was so delicious. I didn't have the cream of chicken soup, so I used cream of mushroom instead and it was excellent. Thank you so much for sharing it.
