CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES
CASSEROLE
 
5 med. potatoes
1/4 stick butter
1 c. milk cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green onions and tops
Salt and pepper to taste
Oleo

Boil, chill and peel potatoes. Grate into large bowl. Heat butter and cheese, stir. Remove form heat and blend in sour cream and onions. Season to taste. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
