BOURBON MARINATED LONDON BROIL 
2 lb. London Broil or flank steak
2 tbsp. bourbon
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients for marinade. Score meat and pour marinade over meat. Place in refrigerator. Soak meat overnight. Barbecue meat until still pink inside. Slice thinly.
