MARINATED LONDON BROIL 
2 lb. London Broil
1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Score steak and place in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate 6 or more hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from sauce and grill to desired doneness (about 30 minutes for rare). Heat remaining sauce to pass around at table.
