ROAST IN WINE AND MUSHROOMS 
4-5 lb. eye roast
1 lg. onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c. red wine
2 jars B&B sliced mushrooms

Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan and cover with onions and garlic. Pour in wine. Cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Add mushrooms with liquid and cook another 1/2 hour. Slice roast and serve with mushroom gravy.
