Baking potatoes
Sliced onions
Butter
Salt and pepper

Peel and slice potatoes thin. Arrange in heavy aluminum foil, a layer of potatoes, onions, liberal dots of butter, salt and pepper. Wrap tightly and place in 400 degree oven 1 hour. Or place on grill outdoors.
