Where is the flavor coming from?? Where is the seasoning?? Oh and the pit preventing browning is a myth ..try doing it without it..same shelf life. Place the seran wrap directly on top of the dip to prevent browning.

Reply to Guacojoelee: You said, "where' is the flavor coming from?". WHAT? Are you out of your mind? PLEASE tell me you are kidding. Tell me that even lime juice, avocados, onions, tomatoes, and God forbid: JALAPENOS have no flavor? Then ask us again where the flavor is coming from. Please tell me you were joking. RU looking for something synthetic?

Eat it before it has time to get discolored! Avacado by nature has a very subtle flavor and all of the other ingredients make this a very refreshing dip. A little of your favorite hot sauce is a good addition.

I'm going to make this in about 15 min. It won't be around long enough to brown. 'cept I don't like onions.

I think 'Guacojoelee' is referring to this recipe not calling for salt (and pepper). It would probably need at least a half teaspoon if not more. No seasoning = little flavor. Guacojoelee is actually right...

I don't see any mention of cilantro. I guess it's a Texas thing.
